Shipment Policy


This Shipment Policy is an integral part of our terms and conditions.

By using the website, you expressly acknowledge that you agree on this shipment policy.

All our products are shipped from Beirut, Lebanon to any destination of your choice all around the world.

Monamoni is delivering locally in Lebanon, Orders inside Lebanon are acceptable.

Details of delivery will be arranged with the customer on due time. Delivery charges being on the customer account.

For orders outside Lebanon, Monamoni is shipping with DHL Express.

International Shipping fees (Globally) are calculated at checkout

Delivery will take 2 to 6 Working days, delays might occur due to Covid-19 Situation.

Customer will receive tracking number within the order confirmation email. 

Notice to international customers

You will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. and is calculated based on many factors, such as (but not limited to) the destination country, the commodity code, the weight and/or  the value of the shipment, if the receiver is a company or individual, if the shipment requires special approvals or handling…

We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges. 

We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.


  1. Monamoni is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies as a result of the coronavirus pandemic or other force majeure incidents.
  2. Monamoni is not responsible for any missing information on the address or any other causes of the sort causing any delays in delivery.
  3. Items leaving our warehouse are usually checked in terms of quantity, quality, and condition. They are picked up by the delivery company, intact and in perfect condition.
  4. Monamoni is not responsible for any potential conflict arising between customers and the shipping company.
  5. The product shall be under your full responsibility from the moment of delivery to you.
  6. If for any reason we are unable to complete delivery, we will inform you of that situation by email and we will give you the option to continue or to cancel the order.
  7. Please keep in mind that the “delivery” shall be understood to have taken place or the order “delivered” as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by you.
