This Return Policy is an integral part of our terms and conditions.
By using the website and confirming an order, you expressly acknowledge that you agree on this Return Policy.
Conditions
Any undamaged, unworn, not removed tag and unwashed items may be returned in its original conditions only within 6 calendar days from the date of your receiving your order. If you are decided to return an item, you have to:
- Notify our customers support team by email at support@monamoni.com within 6 calendar days from the delivery date indicating the item details you want to exchange with or your request to benefit from a credit note in your favour valid up to 6 months.
Please note that we do not have refund option but only exchange and or credit notes.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not liable for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping and we therefore recommend providing tracking information with your shipment by email to support@monamoni.com as soon as possible.
Furthermore we assume no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of shipment.
We reserve the right to withhold or to deny your return request if the item is received back more than 15 calendar days from your notification date to us by email, and or if the deadlines fixed above are not respected, and or if the item shows signs of use.
We will not fail to communicate with you for any update upon we receive the item.
Your account will be credited for any difference in your exchange within 3 business days of our receipt of the returned item, less shipping charges.
Dispatch shipping costs and any charges incurred before are non-refundable
Please note that it may take up to an additional 7 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer’s processing time.
You recognise as stated in our terms and Conditions – Product Information clause, that the website is following the Italian sizes chart, we may not agree on request to return an item for wrong conversion of your correct size into the corresponding Italian size. The Items purchased in sale cannot be exchanged and returned.
An item received as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you cannot be exchangeable; instead you’ll receive a gift credit note for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
