Refund policy

Overview

This Policy is an integral part of our terms and conditions.By using the website and confirming an order, you expressly acknowledge that you agree on this Policy.

Customers can cancel within 24hours after placing their orders. You have to notify us immediately on Whatsapp or by email.

 We are sure that you will be satisfied with your order from MONAMONI. But, If you are not happy with your items, we accept exchange and return based on this policy.

Conditions

We strive to provide you the best possible customer services and aim to accommodate your needs as much as possible. 

Please note that we do not have a refund option, instead we offer a credit notes or we accept any possible exchange you desire.

The request to exchange is subject to receiving by us the item undamaged, unworn, not removed tag and unwashed items. The item should be returned in its original conditions.

If you are decided to return an item, you have to notify our support team by email at monamonioutlet@gmail.com or by phone call within 24hours from the delivery date at your place indicating:

1) the item details you want to exchange with or your request to benefit from a credit note in your favour valid up to 2 months from the date of this notification. 

2) the reason for requesting the exchange 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs at the following address FANAR -Metn, 14th Street, Bldg 626, First floor.

We are not liable for any lost or stolen item incurred during its return back to our office.

We reserve the right to withhold or to deny your  request to exchange if the item is received back more than 7 calendar days from your notification date to us by email/phone call, and or if the deadlines fixed above are not respected, and or if the item shows signs of use.

We will not fail to communicate with you for any update on due time. 

Delivery Policy

This delivery Policy is an integral part of our terms and conditions.By using the website, you expressly acknowledge that you agree on this shipment policy.

Monamoni is delivering locally in Lebanon, Orders inside Lebanon are acceptable.

Details of delivery will be arranged with the customer on due time. Delivery charges being on the customer account.

Delivery Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Delivery will take 2 to 4 Working days.

Miscellanous

1. Monamoni is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company as a result of any force majeure incidents.

2. Monamoni is not responsible for any missing information on the address or any other causes of the sort causing any delays in delivery.

3. Items leaving our warehouse are usually checked in terms of quantity, quality, and condition. They are picked up by the delivery company, intact and in perfect condition.

4. Monamoni is not responsible for any potential conflict arising between customers and the delivery company.

5. The product shall be under your full responsibility from the moment of delivery to you.

6. If for any reason we are unable to complete delivery, we will inform you of that situation by email or phone call and we will give you the option to continue or to cancel the order.

7. Please keep in mind that the “delivery” shall be understood to have taken place or the order “delivered” as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by you.
